Depois de um hiato de 2 semanas, Sheldon e seus amigos voltam com um ótimo episódio. Desta vez Priya usa suas habilidades jurídicas para contestar o Acordo de Moradia entre Sheldon e Leonard. São simplesmente hilárias as cenas em que ela encontra falhas no Acordo e deixa Sheldon totalmente perdido quando percebe a falta de acuidade do documento. Também hilárias são as expressões e exclamações de vitória feitas por Leonard e a repercussão do acontecido junto de Howard e Raj. Esses dois, aliás, apareceram em poucas cenas do episódio. Entretanto, o que mais encantou foi a saída das garotas. A Amy bêbada consegue ser melhor do que o Raj bêbado e a indiferença de Sheldon em relação à situação é sensacional. Além disso, depois 21 episódios, acontece o beijo entre Amy e Sheldon. Por fim, Sheldon prova que ainda é o mais esperto por ali e, num cruel ultimado, consegue que Leonard assine um melhor Acordo. Só que agora o relacionamento de Leonard e Priya parece estar com problemas. E eu acho que já estava na hora. Penny está choramingando demais por ele e estamos esperando para que ela ataque novamente e resolva o problema de uma vez...
